Katie Salinas is a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in diverse healthcare settings. She earned her Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Katie has worked in the field of healthcare since 2011. Her background also includes experience in orthopedic spine care, primary care for underserved populations, school nursing, and emergency department nursing. Her current clinical expertise includes psychiatric care for patients of all ages, including children and adolescents, as well as psychotherapy and evaluation of serious mental health conditions. In this role, Katie is licensed to provide complete medication management for the treatment of mental health symptoms. Katie is dedicated to enhancing the mental health and well-being in her community.
